System: Mac OS X 10.9.4 Mavericks

Another person I know experiencing this issue is on Macbook Air, Mavericks as well.
I only have 1 display, not multiple when this happens.
If I need to provide more information please let me know.
I have been using SmartSVN for a little over a month now, and the only issue I've been experiencing with it has been the windows for SmartSVN simply disappearing and then refusing the show up. This requires me to close the window and re-open SmartSVN completely, and sometimes even right after that the window will disappear again and not come back up. If I open the context menu on the icon in my dock and click Show All Windows, I can see the window is still open, however when I click it, it never shows back up.
This is a very annoying bug that I've heard several people who use this on Macs complain about, is there anyone else experiencing this issue or is there some way to resolve it???
